Scotts Mill County Park was acquired by the County in 1973 and was opened to the public in 1976 as Kalamazoo County's official Bi-Centennial Project. Scotts Mill County Park offers visitors the opportunity to step back in time and experience a unique pieces of agricultural and natural history.

Weddings

Scotts Mill is proud to offer one of the best outdoor wedding spots in the County! The historic mill, pond, and natural landscape are the perfect backdrop for a beautiful wedding. Wedding packages are available for both ceremonies and receptions and include admission fees. For more information or reservations call 269-383-8778.

Picnic Shelter

Picnic Shelter

Scotts Mill County Park is the perfect location for a family gathering, company picnic, school outing, or group picnic. The Picnic shelter features a grill, electricity, water and clean modern restrooms near the shelter. For a list of available shelters, along with descriptions and fees, please visit our Picnic Shelters page.

Picnic shelter reservations can be reserved starting on the first business day of January. Shelters are only available for use with an advanced reservation. To make a reservation, call 269-383-8778. Payment is due at the time of reservation with a credit or debit card.
