Walking in a group increases your commitment to sticking to your routine, and it's a great chance to socialize and make new friends! Did you know that walking can reduce stress, help prevent heart disease, improve sleep, and help you maintain or lose weight? Come walk with us and receive a free pedometer for participating, as well as have the opportunity to hear monthly speakers on health-related topics. Walking Club West:
Tuesday mornings, 9am
Meet on the KRV Trail, beginning at the 10th Street parking lot near the Caboose, two miles north of W. Main Street.
Walking Club East
Wednesday evenings, 6pm
Meet at Commerce Lane in Parchment, across from the Post Office at Mosel Avenue.
